How do I submit design requests?
Submit your design requests through your dedicated Trello board, and communicate through a Slack channel we provide upon subscription.
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
What if I don’t like the design?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
What if I need more designs than usual?
We have a one task at a time policy. Yet, Just let us know if you have an increased workload, and we’ll do our best to accommodate to your needs.
Who are the designers?
ILC is a one-man agency, ran by Ilyass, the founder. ILC does not employ other designers for now, nor outsource work to any other entity. You'll work directly with me through the entirety of your experience. I use "We" to be taken more seriously LOL haha
What programs do you design in?
Most requests are designed using Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop depending on the request!
Is there a minimum commitment period?
We offer monthly subscriptions with no long-term commitments. You can cancel anytime, but we recommend giving us a chance to prove our value before making any decisions.
How does billing work?
Billing is straightforward with a fixed monthly fee. You’ll be billed on a recurring basis through Gumroad, our subscription management platform of choice, and there are no hidden costs.
Are there any requests you don’t support?
Absolutely. ILC does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.), and Adobe InDesign documents.
